If only Councilmembers Mary Cheh, Muriel Bowser and David Catania understood that the role of the State was to protect the inalienable rights of the citizenry then, the headline would be apropos. The DC City Council, especially in reviewing Bill 20-170 “Firearm Insurance Amendment Act of 2013”, identifies law abiding fire arms owners as criminals at worst and/or high risk property owners at best. More akin to the restrictive policies of Russia than the broad liberties protected in the US Constitution, the City Council's gun control pursuits put at risk the Second Amendment Rights of DC citizens. The DC City Council ideologues and their electorate crudely rely upon the best intentions of the Police State and reject placing supreme confidence in the sovereignty of men. No matter how noble the intent or perfect the outcome sought, the Progressive agenda puts the lives and liberties of Urban dwellers at greatest risk.

The Firearm Insurance Amendment Act of 2013 requires “that individuals secure liability insurance before obtaining a license to own a firearm”. Yeah, its like when you purchase a home. You have to have the hazard insurance before you go to settlement. You would actually have to produce proof of insurance before you obtain your license or weapon. Good luck with that! There currently is no such insurance available anywhere! The great thing about radical progressives is that they CAN make it up as they go along. Sure, Mr. Gun Owner snickering right now thinks that he is in the clear. WRONG! The Firearms Act amends the Firearms Control Regulations Act of 1975 to “include reference to the insurance-liability requirement.” Yep, that's right! Although it does not exist, you should have had it when you bought your gun and successfully licensed your weapons against the barriers erected by the DC City Politburo. There is no grandfathering on this piece of Utopic legislation.

So what happens when a gun-owner calls his local Property and Casualty Insurer? Besides the ear splitting laughter heard on the other side, the said gun owner comes to the realization that he is now the owner of an illegal firearm in the District. Sounds like you will be visiting the local Metropolitan Police Department--or Soviet Firearms Confiscation Unit, whatever more fitting—to turn your illegal weapon into the “gubment”!

For those that have yet to figure out this Wheel of Misfortune Puzzle, DC Democrats do not like the Supreme Court and worst yet, believe that the Constitution only applies to them taking your liberties and not obliging them. The ten letter phrase you were looking for is MARTIAL LAW. Every citizen, not criminal, would lose their Second Amendment Right and become subject to the POLICE STATE. Even better, the proposed law states that you will be presumed the owner of the weapon “if the weapon is lost or stolen until the loss or theft is reported to the Metropolitan Police Department”. Meaning if the weapon is lifted from your home--”unawares”--then, you are responsible for whatever happens—injuries, deaths, emotional damages, etc. Amazing how this standard was not applied to the Obama Administration for FAST and FURIOUS! The Utopic challenge by the DC City Politburo is not meant to ensure the Constitutional Right of the Citizen but to aggressively endorse President Barack Hussein Obama's Gun Control pursuits.

The DC City Council members' disdain for the Second Amendment is illustrated by their unanimous support for the “March on Washington for Gun Control Recognition Resolution of 2013.” A crime is defined as “an act or the commission of an act that is forbidden or the omission of a duty that is commanded by a public law and that makes the offender liable to punishment by that law; especially : a gross violation of law.” A crime is often described as “heinous, disgraceful, foolish and reprehensible.” For the Radical Left, those that are found to be legal owners or committed to legally owning a weapon are criminals dastardly planning the most heinous act—abiding by the U.S. Constitution. Each of the Councilmembers agree that the best way to wield control is to eliminate the liberty of gun ownership.

While this bill will certainly outlaw gun ownership, it does nothing to focus on the true combatants of the Rule of Law: individuals that illegally possess unlicensed weapons. For some reason, I just do not imagine--unless I take Exit 1-Believe off the Utopia turnpike—that pimps. pushers and hustlers will be shopping for the best liability rates at State Farm, GEICO and Nationwide. Don't let that stop the “I Believe I Can Fly” train from passing by this intersection of reasoning and ideology. Even if the true criminals chose to obey the law, they could not. Such insurance does not exist.

So why would this piece of legislation be the “pursuit of happiness” for the City Council? What best weapon could the Progressives use to confiscate your personal property. By passing this unconstitutional proposal, the DC Politburo will have accomplished what President Obama failed through a United Nation's Small Arms Treaty and a bi-partisan gun control measure in the US Senate—gun confiscation. Joel Pollack of Breitbart's Big Government writes:

“His opponents, the president insisted, refused to make it more difficult for "dangerous criminals" to buy weapons--ignoring one of the core arguments of the other side, namely that dangerous criminals frequently ignore the law to obtain weapons, while law-abiding citizens bear the burden of new rules and restrictions. He reduced his opponents' motives to pure politics, accusing them of being afraid of being punished by an organized, determined minority.”

The facts are plain. The gun control measures of the President and those presented by Councilmembers Cheh, et al, are not to improve security for the sovereign individual or mitigate public safety concerns. They are to rob citizens of their rights and to marshal public opinion around the salacious myths of Home Rule style Martial Law.

DC residents are lulled into thinking that gun control reduces crime and that we can count on an aggressive police force to use their omniscient, omnipotent powers to protect and serve. In The Exceptional Conservative Show's “God, Guns and the Constitution”, we have presented rebuttal that gun control does not reduce crime as much as enforcement of the Second Amendment does. In fact, there are two things that have contributed to the reduction in violent crimes and homicides in the District: (1) enforcement of current law and (2) gentrification.

The Metropolitan Police Department's crack down on gang violence, focus on intra-governmental approaches to reducing gun and drug trafficking and seizure of illegal weapons has assisted in lowering the homicide rates. However, it does not fully explain why there is such a high level of gun violence in a gun free state. Further investigation reveals that the “underground, free market system” works in supplying the demand for personal protection. Illegal weapons can be purchased from our neighbors from the North (Maryland) and South (Virginia) or from other second-hand market sources according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Then, there is gentrification. Politicians find favor amongst voters in pledging ther allegiance to “the least, the last and the lost”. It shows advocates and citizens that you care and that you understand the “eternal struggle”. However, I believe that the Bible gives greater insight on allegiances and the hearts of men. In Luke 12:34, it is written, “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. ” Economic development has been the treasure of Progressives in DC for three decades. Progressives have used taxpayer funds to stimulate development and growth in West Washington and the Central City. The ideologues do understand math when it comes to maintaining their Utopia. They can not build on the backs of the poor and win the hearts and minds of the electorate. So they must promise that their economic development visions will insulate the impoverished from the natural selection of an increasingly discriminating economy. Poor people play lotteries, they do not pay the tax revenue necessary to sustain the Utopia. Only the financially secure and well connected can thrive and generate essential tax revenue to pay back excessive debt. The ideologues must build for the cultural elites while pushing the poor further from the city. As the impoverished leave, often East to Prince George's County, Maryland where housing costs are lower, violent crime becomes more geographically fixed. Hence, gentrification, financially supported by the Mayor and Councilmembers to show their governing effectiveness and placate voters, is the weapon most used to eliminate the greatest threat to their Gun Control Utopia: their primary voters.

The Progressive agenda puts the lives and liberties of Urban dwellers at greatest risk. I know you must be thinking that “Adam Kokesh” is the greatest risk to the peace and prosperity of the Nation's Capitol. Personally, I wish the District had been as adamant in enforcing gun law violations by NBC News Correspondent David Gregory. During an airing of “Meet the Press”, Gregory presented, on camera, a 30 round magazine and a 10 round magazine clip. According to District law:

"No person in the District shall possess, sell, or transfer any large capacity ammunition feeding device regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm. For the purposes of this subsection, the term 'large capacity ammunition feeding device' means a magazine, belt, drum, feed strip, or similar device that has a capacity of, or that can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than 10 rounds of ammunition. The term 'large capacity ammunition feeding device' shall not include an attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with, .22 caliber rimfire ammunition."

Gregory must be doing some serious prison time because I know Brothers standing on 4th and Atlantic Street SE would receive the maximum penalty of law thanks to the courageous law enforcement of the Metropolitan DC Police and prosecution by the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia. Certainly, Councilmembers Marion Barry and Yvette Alexander, representatives in the most impoverished and most imprisoned areas of the city, would surely show no favoritism in applying gun law justice. The Washington Times' Emily Miller writes:

Officials in Washington are using dirty tactics to hide the investigation and decision not to prosecute David Gregory of NBC News for illegally possessing a “high-capacity” magazine in the District of Columbia.

Forgive me, I thought that leaders of the “Chocolate City” would surely enforce and prosecute the laws justly for the “least, last and the lost” brother in Southeast DC as the wealthy, egalitarian of Northwest DC. Could gun control really be a racial thing after all? Why, yes it appears! There are just some Jim Crow-isms that will not be allowed to perish with time. The right of a man to protect himself against enemy foreign and domestic, against tyrannical governance and to possess property are afforded only the elite in the Utopia created by the Democrats under Home Rule.

There is no place under the imaginative policies of this Council for a man to fully embrace his inalienable right to protect himself. The DC City Council ideologues and their electorate have a crude reliance on the Police State and a limited faith in the sovereignty of men. The Nation's federal city has hope. Maybe DC citizens and residents will arise to demand their freedoms and liberties before the Council passes an imaginary law that says you never had them in the first place.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE FREE MAN?

From The Desk of The Exceptional Conservative

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!!" - Samuel Adams

...An Open Letter to American Conservatives

FROM THE DESK OF THE EXCEPTIONAL CONSERVATIVE

I asked a question.  I did not yell "Fire!" in a crowded movie theater.   I did not propose adding more speed cameras in low income areas of Washington, DC or demand that Obama Care be implemented even if the Supreme Court rules it un-Constitutional.  I merely asked a question.  Yet, the response was awe-striking.  It was as if I'd unlatched the box upon which all evil was held.  Indeed, it is a thought provoking one.  However, I believe more people are afraid of the answers than the question itself.  These answers lead me to one stark conclusion: Stop Blaming the Republican Establishment for the Futility of the American Conservative Movement.

The Establishment GOP Asserted Itself in 2008. We Got John McCain. The Establishment GOP Asserted Itself in 2012. We Got Mitt Romney. If Conservatives Are So Powerful and Represent 40% of the Electorate, Why Is There No Competitive Conservative Party in American Politics?

Political Commentator and Mitt Romney Endorser Ann Coulter defines the "actual Republican Establishment" as "political consultants, The Wall Street Journal, corporate America, former Bush advisers and television pundits."  New York Times columnist David Brooks had a new, and specific, definition of “Republican establishment” — “anybody who knows what Newt Gingrich is really like.”  Rush Limbaugh refers to the Republican establishment as the "elites" that want to redefine conservatism.  Rush contends:

You and I know that the establishment Republicans don't like conservatives. They didn't like Reagan. They were embarrassed of Reagan. They were embarrassed of us. They didn't like the Moral Majority, they didn't like the Christian right, they don't like the pro-lifers. They don't like the social conservatives at all. They're embarrassed by us, in many ways, with their other buddies, the establishment Democrats -- which combined gives us the Washington establishment, and they very much prefer to be members of that club than ours. But they know that it doesn't help them to be called "establishment Republicans." So they're trying to take the term "conservative" and co-opt it and define it as they behave, write, speak, and even vote on matters of politics.

Do Speaker of the House John Boehner, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and GOP Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney fit within the fabric of the "Establishment" or Washington Politboro that seeks its own sufficiency?  Based on the definers, the answer is clearly, "YES!" Simply, those that preserve their interests of excessive government rule and intervention into the daily lives of Americans fit the bill of the "Establishment".  Those that resist the excesses of governance and imposition of state and federal taxation into the lives of individuals, families and private organizations are "conservatives".  Talitha McEachin, in her essay The Black Community's Distrust of the Government, provokes her readers with this question, ‎"How can some of us say we don’t trust the government, yet vote for more of it in our lives?"  Blogger Dan McLaughlinwrote a seminal piece about the separation of Establishment and Conservatives entitled, What The Republican “Establishment” Really Means.  In it he advised that a key matter separtes us:  "it’s almost entirely about spending."  For those following along at home, the analysis is clear.  There are three groups that empower politicians in general elections: Conservatives, the Establishment (Republicans and Democrats) and Liberals.  Conservatives believe that Americans are better stewards of their finances than government and that spending should be reduced as austerely as possible.  The Establishment believe that you could not possibly build a home, receive medical care or  flush a toilet with out some form of government intervention.  The Establishment may not want all of your money but a goodly sum of 50 - 60% would go a long way towards a civil society.  The liberals do not believe that you have to vote as a central planning agency will give you what you need and cover all of the costs.  The State becomes the provider and protector of the individual and family.  A simple 100% of your wealth and commitment would improve the quality of everyone's life. I guess we can never change the outcomes of our political lives.  Surly the liberals and the Establishment outnumber us.  Right?!  Wrong!  According to a 2007 Associate Press (AP) Poll,  36 to 42% (Average: 38%) of the Nation is Conservative and 19 to 26% (Average:  22%) of the Nation is Liberal.  Let us deduce that 30% of the Nation is a part of the Establishment or shares a Pro-Government bent towards public policy.  These are individuals that believe we can make it with out government but won't ask government to stop providing security for their erroneous unbelief.  Amazingly, Pew Research Center  asserts that 62% of Pro-Government Conservatives are women.  Hmmmmm!  I wonder why the War on Women?   Here, in a nutshell, is the oxymoron: Pro-Government Conservative.  Listen, we, in individual battle, outnumber liberals and The Establishment on everyday of the year.  Even collectively, we could pull enough from the Establishment group out of shame or fear to garner a majority.   So hear is the ultimate question, "If Conservatives Are So Powerful and Represent 40% of the Electorate, Why Is There No Competitive Conservative Party in American Politics?" The Establishment GOP asserted itself in 1996 and we got Bob Dole.  In 2000, People had had enough of Bill Clinton and The Establishment GOP gave us George Bush.  The Establishment GOP Asserted Itself in 2008.  We Got John McCain.  The Establishment GOP Asserted Itself in 2012.  We Got Mitt Romney.  Let me be clear!  In these unprecedented times, any vote for a GOPer is certainly better than one for the Urban Leninist Barack Obama.  However, there must be a time in GOP History when the Message of Conservatism was equally matched by a Conservative Messenger.  There had to be a day when ideology was etched from the fires of the US Constitution and the King James Bible.  Indeed, the crossroad was filled by Ronald Wilson Reagan.  The Message and the Messenger were One.  Is this a "We just gotta have someone that is Reaganesque!" essay.  NO!  However, perfect unity of effort and efficiency in action comes when one is not deciding on whether to be a liberal, moderate or conservative depending on what state he s in or what group he is talking up.  So why do conservatives entrust their power to an organization that has a worst won-loss percentage than the early Tampa Bay Buccaneers?  I believe that my question reveals the most prudent answers.

DAVID BROOKS may be right!  I want to eliminate any pretense that from here on we will be singing the Sesame Street theme song.  I am as faithful to conservatism as any.  However, we must examine why so many have choose to follow the Establishment GOP rather than BUILD a conservative brand.  I know, I know!  Third parties will only produce liberal candidates.  No.  People produce liberal candidates as their only options.  Sure, you can point to 1992 when George H W Bush, William Jefferson Clinton and Ross Perot slugged it out as a reason against.  However, the two party system gave us bot Jimmy Carter nad Obama within four (4) decades of each other.  So I ain't buying that only a three party fight will result in a liberal victor.  The second answer is that the GOP will eventually let conservatives have a candidate.  How weak does that sound to you?  Conservative, you are the real elephant in the room and yet, you have been trained by harsh rhetoric and propaganda over the years that your social agenda and call or fiscal restraint are offensive to the electorate.  I suppose a 9% unemployment rate and $16 trillion deficit are more inviting words of wisdom.  We do not believe that because the Establishment has told us that such efforts are feeble.  You need money to make this happen.  Amazing how tons of money can be raised for a liberal GOP Governor of a Northern state but the GOP would have had a difficult time raising money for a conservative GOP Governor of a Western state.  How weak conservatives must be if they must wait another forty (40) years for a conservative candidate and you represent more than 60% of the GOP.  Here's another brilliant response to the question:  We would just produce a Do-Nothing Congress!  Somehow, stern conservatives would ave to work with liberal and moderate coalitions to get bills passed. That would be almost impossible as there is no willingness to work together.  Yeah, that only would happen in a three party system.  Are you kidding me?  Holding someone accountable does not begin after you vote but before.  The person that desires to represent you should not be figuring out their political ideology and belief system while completing the GOP Nomination Form.  They should have core principles that allow you to discern whether a person is liberal, moderate or conservative in their political beliefs.  A Conservative Coalition, out of numerical power, would certainly have greater influence on collaborating with Moderates than Liberals coalescing with Moderates.  Saving multiple coalitions slows down poor legislation and focuses greater attenion to the voting records of each group.

Not the best question to ask, Ken. And one has to learn that a conservative from the East, Midwest, South, and West will not see 'eye to eye' on every issue. You also have to deal with local influences that create movements that produce different candidates for others to vote for. If you even look within the libertarian ranks, you don't even have unity there; which causes some - who are more conservative - to run in the Republican party; and those who are more liberal - to run independent, or Democrat. And the major issue with the selection process is: having few states decide who the party's nominee is going to be; as they all change their dates for caucuses/primaries. This needs to be reformed. That, and the 'winner takes all' delegates; along with unbound and 'super' delegates. It disenfranchises voters from participating -- and when voters don't engage the candidates, while PAC's hand money to them, you see what you have as a result.   ~~C.A. of Illinois

Finally, the latter answer speaks to the heart of a people with great potential but little motivation.  Starting a conservative party would be too much of a hassle.  Wow! we can thrill millions with a speech in Tampa tat says we can solve a $16 trillion deficit, overturn Obama  Care and return us to the Values of the US Constitution but, we can not dream and even dare creating an alternative party.  Have we become so lazy as conservatives that we won't someone to gives us a Party and Power and Wealth to exploit our new Party and Power without sweat upon brow or pen pressed to paper?  Our Nation is at its greatest risks, domestic and foreign.  Our Constitution is a laughingstock to our own Supreme Court Justices.  The Establishment and the Liberals want to accelerate the onset of the socialism cancer and, because there is no ease, we choose to avoid necessary to save our Nation.  Listen, I pray that this Nation Rallies to Common Sense.  However, I pray even more that people that deign the title Conservative will come to the understanding that the Reagan that they seek is them and them alone.  In you, Mr. and Ms. Conservative, the Message and the Messenger are One.  Now your answer becomes more important to the generations that will follow you than the question I asked.

FROM THE DESK OF THE EXCEPTIONAL CONSERVATIVE

It is written that Sun-Tzu once said, "Warfare is a great matter to a nation; it is the ground of death and of life it is the way of survival and destruction, and must be examined."  Coming after the celebration of the High Holy Days of Spring--Passover and Resurrection, a private examination of liberal public warfare in America seems an essential matter, especially in the District of Columbia.  Why the Nation's Capital?  Well, two names illuminated the pathways of survival and destruction in the Metro Voting Scene prior to the High Holy Days--Council Member and Mayor for Life Marion "Dmitri Shepilov" Barry and Attorney General Eric "I'll Be Back Faster than You Can Say Furious" Holder.  In the life and death battle of maintaining the most oppressive and poverty resistant tactics in Urban Polity, Barry represents the survivor and Holder the destroyer.  Each is vital to the installation of public policies and laws that defile the political liberties of Constitutional governance in lieu of those that solidify the Utopian financial security of President Franklin D. Roosevelt's Economic Bill of Rights.

These are men esteemed by their peers for their judicial and political sophistry.  In variant circles, they are lauded for their past accomplishments.  They are different men sharing the same political ideology.  They are men of the "Democrat Civil Rights Generation"  [1966 - 2008].  Each found a home for their radical beliefs within President Andrew Jackson's Party.  Each believes that their racial justice and racial politics will reward "the least, the last and the lost" while incriminating those that, by acts of conscience or acts of their descendants, have oppressed such a great multitude.  One operates at the federal level.  The other at the state level.  Yet, their paths mysteriously crossed at the corner of Racism and Voter Fraud in the Nation's Capitol on Primary Election Day 2012.

The Great DC Voter Fraud Caper

Attorney General Holder had made his determination plain many months ago about Voter Identification.  For those following along at home, his answer to Texas, South Carolina and especially, Arizona was consistent: NO!  By golly, there must be a succinct and logical reasoning for such hardened resistance.  Maybe it was the fact that most government programs do not require proof of identification. Wow!  Maybe these agencies do not know that I do not need ID to cash a payroll check or to obtain food stamps or to even get an abortion.

Wait a minute!  You DO need ID for all of those.  So it can not be that. Maybe it's because ID costs too much.  Yeah, State ID is too damn high!  Well, the states had worked out a plan to give free voting ID to eligible citizens.  Wow, Republican States giving away Free Voter's ID!  Maybe minorities will respond as Haitians did when they were offered free ID.  No this is a definite ploy to suppress the minority vote.  Fortunately, in Georgia, where Voting ID has been required since 2006, minority voting participation increased from 513,700 to 741,000 in 2010.  Well, what could it be?  Racism.  In the words of the Great Negro South Carolina Representative in the US House Jim Clyburn, "Jim Crow!"  Yes, free voting ID is the equivalent of the poll tax, literacy tests and burning a cross in someone's front yard.  Free Voting ID is a weapon of intimidation equivalent to New Black Panther Soldiers standing outside of a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania voting precinct with a billy club.  According to Holder, in person voting fraud is rare.  So our Republic should not require ID.

“You don’t need it; it’s all right,” the poll worker says. “As long as you’re in here, you’re on our list, and that’s who you say you are, you’re okay.”

Enter James O'Keefe.  It seems that when this David enters the Coliseum of Nonsense, many Giants fall.  ACORN.  PLANNED PARENTHOOD.  The next challenger: ATTORNEY GENERAL ERIC HOLDER.

Literally, James brought down the house by having an individual go undercover to show that in the Nation's capital, Voter Fraud occurs.  The individual asked a DC Poll Worker if he could vote as "Eric Holder" without ID.  The Poll Worker consented.  This did not happen once but on several occasions at various precincts. He even interviewed a Security Officer at the Department of Justice that advised him to ascertain ID prior to entering the building.  In fact, without ID, he could not.  What is the liberal media's reaction.  Of course, this means nothing.  Susan Milligan wants you to pay attention to the 619,000 disenfranchised voters in the District of Columbia.  Yeah, we are kept here by force, as the Japenese Americans were kept in detention camps during World War II.  We are unaware that DC was carved out as a federal city where its citizens would have no voting privileges in the House or Senate unless duly granted.  US Constitution Article 1 and Section 8 for my worthy challengers.  Kevin Drum would like you to believe that voting is an air tight effort without any threat because "no one in their right mind would cast an illegal vote."  Sanity is certainly not a requirement to perform an illicit activity.  However, this Administration is counting on you avoiding the pages regarding ACORN and voting coincidences surrounding the election of Minnesota Senator Al Franken.

I suppose all of Minnesota was coo-koo for cocoa puffs when it came to SNL Al.

This Board of Elections will grant zero tolerance to anyone tampering with the vital processes and standards by which District of Columbia voters exercise their franchise, including identifying themselves as a registered voter, affirming their qualifications to vote, and receiving and casting a ballot. The falsification or attempted falsification of any of the above is a criminal offense.”

Whoah, Nelly!  Don't get your dander up, Board Member Stephen Danzansky.  You are acting like voting fraud happens all of the time.  I surmise that it does not because of teh stealth and vigilant actions of the DC Board of Elections and Ethics.  Your zero-tolerance  response is certainly not a political one.  Yes, avoid talking to Attorney general Eric Holder or the naive poll worker.  They know that DC BOEE will not cease its investigations until James O'Keefe is arrested, does a perp walk and is declared guilty by the Court of Public Opinion.  You certainly did not want voting identification or perpetrators of voter fraud to slow down the hundreds of thousands that voted in the Democrat laden election in April 2012.  What's that?  Only 68,000 people came out to vote.  The poll workers must certainly be overloaded with names and ID's.  No.  Then, it must have been racial discrimination that a white man was offered to sign "the book" without ID.

It’s unclear if the poll worker followed procedure, although it comports to my personal experiences voting in the District. I’ve often showed up at a polling place with my ID out, to help poll workers with the spelling of my name, only to be told that it wasn’t necessary.

Yeah!  Definitely a white thing.  This could not possibly happen in the minority communities of the Nation's Capitol.

It seems that the High Holiday Election gave cause for pause at the corner of Voter Fraud and Racism. Marion Barry, fresh from a political briefing on racial harmony with "Bull" Connor, let go the basic requirement to be registered as a Democrat: You must despise another race of people overtly and covertly.  Should you despise them because they support an Unconstitutional health care reform like Obama Care?  No.  Should you despise them because they are great entrepreneurs and uniquely outperform all races academically?  No.  You should despise them because they are Asian!

“We’ve got to do something about these Asians coming in, opening up businesses, those dirty shops,” he said in the course of laying out his vision for the ward. “They ought to go. I’ll just say that right now, you know. But we need African American businesspeople to be able to take their places, too.”

Even the best politicians screw up a point.  Especially when you have won a third successive term in office with a whopping 72% of the vote in his Ward 8.  You are overwhelmed with emotion.

Suddenly, your heart speaks for what your mind persistently withheld in good company.  (In all reality, unofficially, he received 5,116 votes out of 7,036 votes cast.  Ward 8 has 54,000 voters!)

Yes, my friends, Barry's Economic Platform is simple: Replace 'em.  We have not heard such an Economic Plan since the building of the Trans-Continental Railroad.  I suppose when offering summer jobs to unemployed men and women with children is deemed ineffectual then, you just have to go with Plan B.  Remember, it was the Asians that caused you to live on Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Electronics Benefit Transfer (EBT) Funds.  Could not have been that Mr. Barry voted for the Living Wage legislation that requires employers to pay $10 per hour to unskilled workers.  Guess DC Businesses need fewer unskilled workers.  What do you have to say to your racist brothers and sisters that voted you into office tonight:

beekay@BeeBlanco_:

Marion Barry's trending... That's the illest nigga.

Certainly, as a non-bigotted, non-homophobic renaisance man of the Afro-American community, you would publicly apologize the next morning.  Right?  No.

Barry ends up calling Cho a “good Asian” — you know, as opposed to all those bad ones — and telling him that he only regretted failing to use a “better set of words.”

Ladies and gentlemen, I am not concerned about Marion Barry.  He is long beyond the Road to Recovery.  I am concerned because the audience that he spoke with at his celebration APPLAUDED him.  The same persons that will spend $25 for a "Remember Trayvon" T-Shirt and March to the Wilson Building to protest Racism in America's justice system give a standing O to Barry after his racists comments.   The Barry-Holder Syndrome gives cover to those that have been empowered by years of racist vitriol, inaccurate cultural perceptions of conservatism, a gold spoon of entitlement and sense that only an elite group of individuals can govern, educate, employ and lead.  Yes, what you hear from Barry and Holder are years of liberation theology, public school indoctrination and a social preference to "Miseducate the Negro".  At the intersection of voter fraud and racism, the Black community is always the "victim".

How shall the talented few encourage the masses to achieve economic power: steal it.  Whether through the redistribution of wealth or a Socio-Economic Plan that calls for the elimination of the Asian business owner, the prophets of oppression, having amassed their personal fortunes and securities, have only the desire to promote bigotry, chaos and theft.  Urban America must review its unadulterated faith in the religion of separatist party politics and "government solution oriented" poverty policy.  Barry represents the "Survival" that years of charisma and patronage have yielded a Carte Blanche seat at the Table of the DC Government's Politburo.  No one at the polls can point to any specificity that warrants a return to office.  No one can isolate the golden nugget in his latter service that equals the worthy hallmarks of his former service.  However, too many have been "bought off" to consider challenging or even replacing one of America's Great Soldiers of Socialism.  Too many have become affixed upon their building project, government contract or special friends license plate to seek a prudent and more profitable remedy.  There seems an almost mystical acceptance of his place in spite of his inability to lead a small community out of the grips of neglect and economic decay.  You are certainly to hear more about Barry's private failures than his public legislative successes on the City Council.  Holder represents the "Destruction" that comes when Men of Justice must stand before the Courts of Public and Political opinions to receive their just due.  Holder, President Ronald Reagan's appointee to Judgeship on the DC Superior Court, has been around the block a few times as a hired hand of the law.  I believe to say his recent tenure as Attorney General has been cataclysmic is to say that Mr. Hillary Rosen merely misspoke. Their universal efforts have resulted in bias of justice and despair within the human condition. Barry and Holder have been true ministers of the religion of Party and Poverty to a fallen generation.

Placing Blinders on the Absurd.

FROM THE DESK OF THE EXCEPTIONAL CONSERVATIVE (and mirrored at the Urban Initiative, D.C. Chapter)

What A Day! You could easily draw the sword of the pen from its sheath to attack or defend a multitude of topics. I could easily press my blade against the flesh of Governor Mitt Romney's inability to knock out his opponents thus, causing a Brokered Grand Ol' Party (GOP) Convention in Tampa this August. Romney beaten so badly that even the Media wept at his great loss. The FOX All-Star Team was at a great loss to explain how Conservatives in Alabama and Mississippi were not fawning over the Beloved "Front Runner". Romney beaten so badly by Conservatives in the South that he came out this morning proclaiming his disdain for Planned Parenthood. Clutch the pearls, this is better than him eating "cheesy grits". One could easily press the mighty lead across multiple sheets, ceasing the moment to discuss, ad nausea, the great accomplishments of Rick Santorum and his sidekick, Newt Gingrich. However, I will save that for the more accurate and witty striker of note of the esteemed analyst Kirsten Powell, ever captivating, attractive, in spite of the minutiae that spills from her lips or submit to the "well-researched drivel" of Stanley Fish. Carrying on such sensations about the GOP Presidential Proceedings truly bore me. It is called a campaign! Yes, an organized process by which combatants choose various hostile strategies to achieve a singular objective. If these men were not gladiators then, we would be worthy of five (5) to six (6) hours of Brett Brier and Meghan Kelly. No, my fingers delight this moment in a more captivating prose.

Perusing the latest edition of the most Far Left, racist circular remaining in the Nation's Capitol, I took preeminent note of its Front Page Story. Surely, its Editors had designed the headline in such an ornate manner apart from all other such stories. As Editors do, in parlaying to the noble reader relevance and striking symbolism, the headlines served as the community's taking point, judge and jury of the enforcement actions of a federal agency investigating the multiple campaign fraud allegations against the District of Columbia's Mayor and City Council Members. The Headline:

Thompson, Cobb, Bazilio Stands Strong in Wake of Raid

Co-Founder: 'Firm's Good Works Overlooked'

Why do I cling to this? I shall illuminate some and bring to remembrance for others the plenteous and harmful reasons for the absence of alternative narrative in the local world of politics. It is the control of the narrative that separates truth and its liberating spirit from the vices and deceits of oppressive ideologies. Republicans, those that harbor their influences from the Heartland of America to the docks of their Capitol Hill offices, often ask, "Why can we not get Minorities to join us?" Local Urban Conservatives, seemingly separated by Iron Curtain, seem satisfied with the prevailing winds of punditry. Offered the wine of "most Black Republicans have moved to the Suburbs" and the bread of "Nobody in the Inner City likes the Republicans", many return to their pew of despair acknowledging once again that, while we have communed at distance with the One that shares our passion, we shall never know the power of the liberation that comes with communion. Each, the Republican Party and Urban Conservatives, seem to pass in the night while our inner cities falter like the Titanic. There must be a moment when each discovers that "It's the Narrative, Stupid!" and begin to control the message that is received from our messengers. In this series, I will alight many to the fact that "All Corruption Is Local". This message is essential to establishing the foundation of power acquisition within Urban America. To understand the absence of power sharing in Urban America, you have to study the phrase, "It speaks". A Walt Carr drawn cartoon, entitled "WHEN YOU'VE NEVER BEEN ON THE OTHER SIDE", appears in the aforementioned circular. It distinguishes two characters: O'Reilly (representing the oppressive white folk) and Black Folk (representing All of Black Folk). O'Reilly portends, "I heard what he said and I don't sense any racial overtones." Emboldened, the Black Folk responds, "You know what...You Don't Sense It, You Don't See It, You Don't Feel It, You Don't Hear It, You Don't Smell It, You Don't Live It and You Sure As Hell Don't Get It!" The stark revelations emitted from this 'toon would energize a slug to investigate the best methodologies to tear down the Iron Curtain. Let's Play CSI: Conservative. The Racist, Far Left Black Press has made itself folly to those of reason and hero to those blinded by the absurd. The Racist, Far Left Black Press purports a symbolism of unity in both of the characters. It is far better for those that are too lazy to investigate beyond the handiest, historical stereotypes to explore the varied insights of a community. The Racist, Far Left Black Press never relents from the tired exposition of WHITE CONSERVATIVE is the oppressor and BLACK LIBERAL is the freedom fighter. When comparing periods of economic expansion, educational achievement and overall quality of life during times when "oppressors" and "freedom fighters" controlled the thrones of power, BLACK FOLK seemed to excel during periods of "oppression". During periods when freedom fighters held power, BLACK FOLK seemed to pale in economic comparison. The Racist, Far Left portends that such comparisons are anomalies and that "token" conservatives that make such comparisons feed the lies of the O'Reilly. The strength of the Racist, Far Left hence, represents the weakness of the freedom fighters. The Bunker Buster of Truth can not be distorted with reason. The hole exists. You can sense it. You can see it. You feel it. You heard the blast. You smell roil of sulfur and clay. You have experienced it momentary liberation. You have a sliver of comprehension. Hurry, Racist, Far Left Press before the reality becomes actualized.

The man said he hates the witch-hunt quality of the allegations, adding that he hoped the media would give Thompson a fair shake. He also blamed Sulaimon Brown for the city's political unrest.

When challenged to employ reason to the hallmarks of truth, the Racist, Far Left Black Press must explain it away with propaganda. Hopefully after years of muffling freedom fighters realities with sensational zeal, the people shall surely not rise up against those in power. They will verily slumber. Even pass this off as a result of their plight as a city that has no Voting Congressional Representation. The people will not see it all for what it is. How can a man point out the unrighteousness of Far Left freedom fighter causing such dramatic unrest? Does he know how much "good" has been done too such noble causes as Planned Parenthood and the NAACP? We must remember that this pursuit of justice is not fair. Certainly, if the mayor and city council were WHITE then, the "oppressors" would not be investigated, have their homes raided and their good name smeared! Placing Blinders on the Absurd is essential to restoring those to the balance of victim-hood and powerlessness. To the Far Left, race really is not a problem. It is a solution. A means of dividing, conquering and imprisoning. The Racist, Far Left Black Press are the guardsmen of the sensational narrative that employs the strategy of elevating people, personalities and propaganda above principles, prudence and personal pursuit. As the Informer opines that "War Is Hell", it is essential that those of strong will guard their narrative as sternly as they guard their hearts. Before we conquest the people, personalities and propaganda of the Racist, Far Left Black Press, we must begin to chip away at the "Iron Curtain" that separates Conservatives from liberating Urban America. Our success is directly attributed to our ability to comprehend the culture and influence the issues of Urban America. Speaker of the House Tip O'Neil succinctly advised, "All politics is local." I submit, "All corruption is local." Corruption is defined as:

  1. Dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power, typically involving bribery.
  2. The action of making someone or something morally depraved or the state of being so.
The Racist, Far Left Black Press has done wonders to shield its "friends" for relevant inquisition by constituents and reporters alike. Dishonestly, they have bandied about the notion that Urban America is the seat of "the least, the last and the lost." Fraudulently, they have overlooked the character flaws of many politicians simply for the fruits of access and financial subsidy. Self-preservation prevails over corporate responsibility and the liberal expectations of personal responsibility. Such efforts have debilitated citizens from holding their public servants accountable and has produced a people resistant to employ their Constitutional Right to Vote because it will avail little in return. There is a passage of Scripture in the Gospel of John that advises, "And ye shall know the truth and the the truth shall make you free." Freedom is the least concern for the Racist, Far Left Black Press. It is unattainable unless all of life is fair or made fair. The Racist, Far Left Black Press eschews the Just to live by Fairness.
There are three things that Conservatives must do in order to assuage corruption and remove the blinders. Firstly, worship together. Find one day in which you visit an Urban worship center. Our founding fathers knew that only a moral people could abide by the US Constitution. Sacrifice comfort, both Black Conservative and all others, and find a date to worship together. Holding Pastors accountable for what they say will inevitably push them closer to exploring the Word that they preach. In doing so, they will find it easier to approach the issues of the world without blaming the past for future outcomes. Secondly, invest in the Urban Conservative Talk Marketplace. There are many Americans of variant hue that wish to proclaim the principles of conservatism and educate a people that have grown nearly one hundred years apart from their conservative heritage. The battle is an all consuming one and requires resources. Support local conservative radio stations and commentators through advertising, equipment or other resources. We once flew over nations and dropped leaflets about liberty. Help us drop conservatism on the air waves of Urban America. Finally, encourage local organizations that promote conservative principles. When was the last time there was a Boy Scout meeting at your church or school? There are a lot of single mothers that would like their sons influenced by strong male personas. Encourage organizations that are teaching conservative principles or campaigning for conservative candidates. We must know that it is more important for a people to learn conservative principles than register as a Republican. While one will prevail over an election, the other will prevail over generations. This is not a battle for the hearts of a people. This is a war to overcome corruption and remove the blinders from the eyes of the real oppressed.

Citizens, by birth or choice, of a common country, that country has a right to concentrate your affections. The name of American, which belongs to you in your national capacity, must always exalt the just pride of patriotism more than any appellation derived from local discriminations.

George Washington’s Farewell Address, 1796

What's Love Got to Do With It?  The second single on Tina Turner's Private Dancer in 1984 marked an "amazing comeback" by a singer-song writer whom overcame the cocaine addiction of a spouse, domestic violence, divorce, debt and an extensive business dry-spell. It is her only number one hit in US Pop Music History.  Yet, the songstress was not deemed exceptional because she had a number one song.  There are a multitude of one-hit wonders that could share such accolades.  Tina Turner is exceptional not because of the circumstances and obstacles that caused weaker persons to fall by the wayside. Every man, woman and child will face a burden so substantially that it will bring them to their knees.  She got up!  Turner was recognized by the Kennedy Center Honors at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. and was elected to join an elite group of entertainers. President Bush commented on Turner's "natural skill, the energy and sensuality",  She is exceptional because she remained resolute in the midst of downturn, faithful to her ambition to succeed and unyielding in performing with the excellence that it would take to garner world recognition.  What does love have to do with it?  Love has everything to do with a commitment to servant leadership that seeks to preserve the greatness one inherits and the profitable stewardship by which one is noted in leaving an inheritance.  As George Washington observed, you must love this nation unceasingly in order to maintain its exceptional mystique.

Fareed Zakaria hosts CNN’s flagship foreign affairs show, is Editor-at-Large of TIME Magazine, a Washington Post columnist, and a New York Times bestselling author.  Liberals and those stuck in airports, train or bus stations tune into him on Sundays at 10 AM and 1 PM on CNN.  Forbes, in January 2009, referred to Zakaria as one of the 25 most influential liberals in media.  While I have never subscribed to his political or economic opinion, others find him quite addictive.  Maybe my envy of his handsome persona blinds me to his stellar ability to pick winners and losers in public policy.  On his CNN program in 2008, Zakaria endorsed Barack Obama for the 2008 US Presidential Election.  How did Barack Obama pay him back?  He chose to follow the advice of the man of a 1,000 political philosophies.  In preparation to take the helm of the Most Powerful Nation in the History of Mankind, he spent time perusing the global policy etchings of the CNN mastermind.  Finding great ease toting the published manuscript about as he traveled, the Most Powerful Man in the Free World was coached on how to accept his place behind China, Russia, India and Brazil.  What better advice could Obama have received?   Prepare for  The Post-American World.  According to Amazon, the Global Policy Guru "describes with equal prescience a world in which the United States will no longer dominate the global economy, orchestrate geopolitics, or overwhelm cultures. He sees the "rise of the rest"—the growth of countries like China, India, Brazil, Russia, and many others—as the great story of our time, and one that will reshape the world."  What followed such great advice?  The Obama Apology Tour!  "I'm grateful that President [Daniel] Ortega did not blame me for things that happened when I was three months old," Mr. Obama said after the Nicaraguan delivered a 52-minute anti-American tirade that touched on the Bay of Pigs.  Somehow, sold on apologies as a sexy foreign policy, Obama traveled the world.  The impact?  He left such an indelible mark that liberal newspapers feel they must fact check the sins away from the apologies.  The impact?  An exceptional nation is weakened in the eyes of those that respect only strength.  That sameweakness abroad has been awakened at home and endorsed by the ONE deemed Executive of the Oval Office.

Nothing stirs the heart of a man more than, at 2 AM feeding, look into the eyes of his daughter and know that she will bear the burdens of economic and foreign policy decisions of the ONE called President.  Andy Barr, conservative candidate for Congress out of the great sta... (6D), said. "It kinda makes you mad that politicians can be so selfish..."  While many in Election 2012 will turn to the President as the Sage of Economic Recovery, his or her greatest role is military and foreign affairs.  According to Article 1, Section 2 of the US Constitution, the primary role of the President is military and foreign policy.  I digress for a moment.  Many commentators, inclusive of yours truly, have rightly questioned Herman Cain's military and foreign policy experience.  However, Cain spent six years in the United States Department of Navy, which provides operational and organizational support for both the Navy and Marines.  Cain supports the Bush Doctrine.  Which one of the many is questionable?  Of those in major foreign and military power today--Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and Obama--none had military experience.  Their foreign policy skills were developed through Congressional briefings from the Pentagon and State Department.  By the way, Obama campaigned for two of the three years that he served in Congress as a Senator from Illinois and before that, he a community rabble rouser like the ones that shut down the Air and Space Museum.  I return to my road well worn.  If anything that the Obama Presidency has wrought America, it is a diminished image of a unique people that pursued equality, liberty, rule of law and free market enterprise with fervor.

What proof have you that we are weaker?  Let us look at two things.  One, the "hot, flat and crowded" theory that Zakaria builds upon in his writing.  Secondly, the booty obtained by the four nations before us in the treasured foreign policy of the ONE.  Zakaria borrows themes from Thomas Friedman, author of Hot, Flat, and Crowded: Why We Need a Green Revolution--and How It Can Renew America.  The “Hot” is the global warming problem among industrializing nations.  The “Flat” is the growth of the middle class in all nations that are industrializing and reducing available resources.  The “Crowded” is the overpopulation of the planet that comes with global trade and technological advances.  Don't worry!  No lawsuit here for they loved exposing us to the scientific data that showed mankind frying the planet like an egg in a skillet.  O!  What's that?  There is no such thing as man-made global warming.  We know because GE will be shipping technologically advanced equipment overseas to lower emissions of the Far East's totalitarian industrialists.  Whew, at least they are creating jobs at home!  Whoah, Biff!  GE is taking the jobs over to the Far East to create middle class jobs for totalitarian regimes.  So what are we going to do about their overpopulation?  No worries!  We will reduce our own population and control it.  Obama will sign an Executive Order turning control of various US agency programs under Agenda 21.  A Central Planning Agency controlled by the United Nations.  One World Order at the expense of American Exceptionalism.  Settle any disharmony, we will take a  trip to the Heartland with a bus made in Canada.  We will have them toast us to Green Jobs!  Nothing could go wrong there!  Hey Boss, there are no real green jobs.  Really?  Yeah Boss and I quote:

A new report by the Labor Department's Office of Inspector General examined a $500 million grant under the stimulus program to the Employment and Training Administration to "train and prepare individuals for careers in 'green jobs.'" So far about $162.8 million has been spent. The program was supposed to train 125,000 workers, but only 53,000 have been "trained" so far, only 8,035 have found jobs, and only 1,033 were still in the job after six months.

Former lib Democratic pol/CNN host Eliot Spitzer told Fareed Zakaria it “brought a smile to my face” and “makes my heart warm” to learn President Obama “calls you for wisdom and advice about issues around the world.”  Such great advice from a visionary that sees the US ranked fifth.

Secondly, let's see what foreign policy merits us the patriot citizen clinging to his guns and his religion.  Let's start with China,  This great nation of Mao Tse Tung holds $1,173.5 billion in US Debt.  Only Japan is safer with $914.8 billion in US Debt.  What did this buy Mainland China?  How about the right to tell the President of the Free World that the US had better shape and follow free market principles or else China will stop buying US debt.   Just starting a shopping spree.  Please add more to your military.  A number of J-20 Stealth Fighter Jets were added and tested.  Refurbish an aircraft carrier and plan to build two more.  The US military believes China appears on track to field a modern, regionally focused military by 2020.  Not a bad investment of US Dollars.  But there is one more thing, tell your friend Taiwan to stick it!  How dare you China?  We would never tell our best friend in the Far East to stick it.  We would never throw them under the bus?!  Let's see if they get the planes.  Russia gets a sweet Arms Treaty approved by RINO's on their way out of Washington after being pummeled in Election 2010.  What do we get?  Obama is endorsed by Putin.  Brazil drills for oil and natural gas in the Gulf of Mexico while Americans remain unemployed on the shores of Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida.  India?  Every call to have your cellular phone activated or personal computer trouble shooted.  Enough said!

     Kathleen Parker writes:

On the right, the word exceptional--or exceptionalism--lately has become a litmus test for patriotism. It’s the new flag lapel pin, the one-word
pocket edition of the U.S. Constitution. … So why won’t Obama just
deliver the one word that would prompt arias from his doubters?

If lately is 1796 and the original tester is President George Washington then, Kathleen, you are in the ballpark.  It seems that the longer Obama remains in office the weaker we become at home and abroad.  In a scheme that I believed only Hollywood could fathom, Iran conjures a plan to assassinate a Saudi Arabian Ambassador using a Mexican Cartel on American soil.  This ain't CSI or Law and Order.  This is REAL!  Was this even considered as an attempt under the Bush Administration.  Historian Gordon Wood has argued, "Our beliefs in liberty, equality, constitutionalism, and the well-being of ordinary people came out of the Revolutionary era.  So too did our idea that we Americans are a special people with a special destiny to lead the world toward liberty and democracy."  We once sent our best and brightest to fight the battles of liberty and democracy first by trade and then, war.  We believed that our strength was in our people and their individual desire to pursue life, liberty and property without guarantee of outcome or safety net of government.  Now, we have become a nation of entitled brats that seek a flag to defecate on because we can not garner a free car, a free house, a free education and a life free from work balanced on the backs of the rich.  In 1929, Soviet leader Joseph Stalin chastised members of the American Communist Party for believing that America was independent of the Marxist laws of history "thanks to its natural resources, industrial capacity, and absence of rigid class distinctions."  In 2011, a White House Marxist chastises the US Congress for not supporting class distinctions, reducing industrial productivity with regulations and forbidding any American company from excavating our nation's resources.  The Obama Presidency has wrought us the same malaise as the Jimmy Carter era.  Each blew out the candle on American Exceptionalism.  It will take an army of conservatives to reignite the candle that will allow America to shine like a light upon a hill.

Leaving my office, I picked up a free copy of the Washington Informer.  An old propaganda arm of the city's entrenched Democrat establishment, I have marveled over the years at the outright bigotry, prejudice and hatred professed in this piece of antiquated publishing.  With a circulation of 50,000 weekly, such a publication has fallen from the best practice of free market enterprise and pimps itself through alternative statist supports.  Indeed, such forms of media, easily found in major Urban areas, depict only the most Heavenly visions of city's socialist elite and the Hellish views of all other threats.  Yes, Mr. and Ms. St. Louis, you won't find an article written by Sarah Palin, Condolezza Rice or Larry Elders.  I suppose doing so would only corrupt a pure form of racial antagonism.  You say I'm a bit far reaching then, look at the Walt Carr cartoon and determine how far off the wagon and into the cabbage I have fallen.  Chris Plant says, "If liberals did not have double standards then, they would have no standards at all!"  Anyhow, your Exceptional Conservative perused the weekly beast for nuggets of motivation and the potential hope of journalism.  I found motivation.  George E. Curry is offended.  Curry is a journalist, keynote speaker, moderator and media coach.  He is offended that the Grand Ol' Party (GOP) Republican Presidential candidate Herman Cain has deemed Afro-Americans "brainwashed" because of our unconscionable, overwhelming and ineffectual commitment to the Democrat Party and its candidates.  Mr. Curry points to the NAACP as a reputable organization to fully measure the civil rights record of the Republican Party.  This reference does not include the fact that the NAACP's first Director of Publicity and Research was Marxist activist Dr. W.E.B. Du Bois or that the organization was in business 55 years directing the public and political policies of "Colored" people before finding it's first "colored" executive director.  Curry, after a flourishing attempt at persuasion--not to be confused with indoctrination--makes the passionless supposition:

Any African-American supporting a party with such an anti-Black record must be, in Cain’s words, brainwashed.

If only, accurate historical analysis could catch up with revisionist history.  When truthful doctrines can not be evidenced, it is always good to revise history and then, demonize those that "know better".  This is the market of Progressive intelligentsia.  They (def. anyone that misidentifies race for culture and assumes race as an identifier of heritage worthiness, approved familial traits or acceptable political solidarity) will deny anything that does not fit their coveted totalitarian construct.  They will not acknowledge that the sons and daughters of those that "took off their slippers and put on their marching boots" to travel from Birmingham, AL to the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC are becoming more and more conservative.  Younger African American voters have been edging away from the Democratic Party in recent years.  David Bositis of the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies notes "a fairly long-term pattern of decreasing identification with the Democrats by younger African Americans."  Curry and his ilk, either in fear of losing mind control over a large swath of humanity or the inability to admit that taking results only in want and that giving results in prosperity, disallow the ultimate truth:

Many scientists now believe that “race” has no scientific basis whatsoever. One important reason is that all modern humans appear to have originated in Africa, which means that all humans have the same ancestors. Another is that so-called racial characteristics aren't clearcut — you'll find almost every imaginable combination of skin color, facial features, and so on. In all, there is only one human race.

So for all that hang on to their racist rhetoric, bigoted suppositions and hatred of diverse thought and political allegiance within the "Colored People's" community, I say this, "America, Our Future Looks Brighter From This Side of the Aisle."

You probably wonder which Side of the Aisle am I referring.  Well the side of the aisle that I am referring to believes that Our Creator endowed us with unalienable Rights.  It also believes that Governments are instituted amongst Men and not Men instituted amongst Governments.  The aisle I refer to cedes that the Original Bill of Rights was sufficient in providing equal opportunity to all men to achieve without promise or surety of equivalent outcome.  The aisle I refer to believes that the individual can rely upon His Creator for sustenance, guidance and protection.  When either is at risk, he can call upon his neighbors, as the Hand of God, to voluntarily secure his resource.  I refer to the side that believes the free market is the best repudiator of prejudice and discrimination.  If left alone, men and women will form businesses to supply the needs of the many and employ all that need work.  I belong to the aisle that believes government is meant to serve and is neither the hand of inheritance or the seat of the sacred.  On this aisle, we believe that free will must be honored on Heaven and on Earth and that the state must make laws that promote liberty and freedom.  As well, all are equally subject to the rule of law and that all must reject the rule of men.  On my side, there is no nobility to honor.  We are all able to achieve great success because we pursue with fervor life, liberty and personal property.  When government fails to oblige its Creator, it is the right of men to abolish and alter that which is destructive and lay down the foundations of a government that will adhere to the voice of the governed.  Culture consists of beliefs, heritage, and the like — an ideal thing.  There is not an allegiance to race, political party, color, caste, income or other mundane demographics.  Principles are the subject and liberty the object.  For this reason, you will not find gobs of trash on the Lincoln Memorial after an event hosted by cultural leaders.  In fact, the Conservative side of the aisle is the culture to whom I belong.

What's on the other side of the aisle?  A society is an organized group of people — a physical thing.  Built on in-cohesive strategies interconnected only at lines of highlighted variances, people partner at specific times, for specific things and specific outcomes.  A tribal kinda thing.  In this society, the poor hate the rich, the employees despise the fact that God gave owners skills and ideas to create business, men despise women and women despise men, Christians are despised and Muslims promoted and Colored People are promised access and retribution in exchange for their electoral allegiance.  Often in the Progressive Society, the "Colored Peoples" are slighted of access and prosperity because the "Talented Tenth" abscond with the fruits of the corporate labor and the "Colored Peoples" that remain are asked by their leaders to stay in allegiance for the good of the race, are promised more "Hope and Change" and spend the remainder of their efforts coalescing the troops through intimidation, fear and acceptable forms of violence.  This is insured by the Black Press and George Curry that print and televise myth and revisionist history.  Herman Cain grew up in Atlanta, Georgia with loving parents and little else. His father worked three jobs—as a janitor, a barber and a chauffeur—and his mother was a domestic worker. Even though these jobs required hard work and little glamour, his parents knew this life was better than the dirt farms upon which they grew up. They also knew that this hard work was the key to achieving their American Dreams.  The Cultural thinker will say that, despite humble beginnings, Cain's parents practiced the principles of dedication and devotion and their son profited then and now.  The Society will blame the geography, the race, the revisionist history, his DNA, the fact that the farm's dirt was not EPA approved as the reasons why any should give up and all should be entitled by the successful for equitable retribution.  Cain did not go an Apology Tour.  He produced and achieved.  The spoils are his to plunder and disperse at his will.  Life is not perfect and no amount of government intervention will ever perfect us.  Choosing culture over society is essential to prosperity of the Nation and that Nation includes us.

What of the 17 year old boy from the South that is told by a white person recruiting Democrats that his race of people must always vote Democrat?  Whose principles will allow him to overcome, claim victory and conquer the status quo.  It was not the Societal but the Cultural.  Shakeal Moore, County Director of the Frederick Douglas Foundation of Edgecomb, NC, chose, at age 17, to follow his conservative heritage.  Yes, his beliefs aligned with the Faith he learned from his Worship and Biblical studies.  He did not allow his mindset to be covered with a lack of forgiveness, inconsolable rage and bitter hatred.  He focused on what is best based on his values.  He forgave the man and moved on.  You see George Curry, real Hope and Change is not a bumper sticker.  It is a way of life.  It is not easily confused with religion and cult.  It is based on foundational principles and Constitutional observance.  It is not built on heart in hand idealism but moral order, pragmatic prescription based on heritage and tradition.  When I look out over the horizon at a Shakeal Moore or just before me at Cain, Michele Bachmann and Rick Santorum, I see a great future before us.  I see a Nation gaining its AAA rating back.  I see a Nation cutting spending, budgeting wisely and resisting the progressive tax system.  I see a Nation that is not ashamed of the good news of conservatism for its the very message, unaltered or watered down, that they get on Sunday morning.  I see a Nation that values Life so much so that they define it not an inconvenience to carry their pregnancies to term.  I see a Nation that values the neighbor as they value themselves.  While our Nation is planning to move back to conservatism, the progressives are panicking.  Will they lose their power? Control? Wealth?  Yes.  More importantly, however, the Progressive intelligentsia is losing the "War of Political Thought" amongst "Colored Peoples" to their enemy--the Conservatives.  They can only imagine what will happen to them once 90% of "Colored Peoples" come to themselves.

...Has the Ultimate Power to Enslave

Sandra lives in a 3 bedroom home with her two brothers.  Each has received the best educational opportunities available to them and had merited college degrees.  In a thriving community, where unemployment is less than 5%, many desired to hire such highly qualified persons.  Sandra's income sufficed to pay for the rent, the utilities and basic food necessities.  Her brothers however, did not share the same desires as Sandra.  The eldest brother had lost his job last month and was only bringing in $400 per month.  Just enough to cover his cable bill, cell phone and "eats".  Sandra encouraged him to find some means to take the pressure off of her.  Sandra wanted to return to college and obtain a Master's.  It would certainly be cheaper if she paid and did not need student loans.  The eldest said, "I'll try."

However, you most often found him in his room eating chips and playing how he would enjoy the nightlife.  Why shouldn't he?  He had 90 more weeks of unemployment left.  The youngest brother did try to find employment.  However, he seemed to pursue jobs that would pay him less than his skills would demand.  His confidence had been zapped in his previous firing and so he could not imagine any one being interested in a man, especially "a black man", that had been out of work since graduation.  She encouraged him to pursue options in the military.  His response to Sandra, "What girl are you trying to get me killed just so you'd have some extra money in your pocket?"  Military servicewas indeed a noble cause for people with High School Diplomas or GEDs but certainly not for a college man.  "By the way, Sandra, can I have $50?", he'd ask.  "Why?"  "'Cause you the only one working!"  Sandra had grown use to this burden that she carried.  She began to feel the shame of asking her eldest brother to do better.  She thought it demeaning to ask her younger brother to exchange his voluntary absence from wealth creation to his voluntary commitment to the Constitutional protection of his nation.  How could she possibly ask them to do what she is doing?  Indeed, the black man is demeaned in his poverty, in his service to a nation and his pursuit of success.  The safest place is in his idleness.

A single question: "How much of Sandra's money does she deserves to keep for herself?"  Many an ideological and emotional conjecture was added in slight to the telling of the above tale.  Tilted to many of the discourses that I fare in daily.  Many a person would take a dive to the left or right depending on the context of their reasoning.  Yet, the one thing that eludes the merits of discussion is the place for government in our lives.  Another may have said it best, "how much is too much?"  Judge Randy Hekman contends, "America was built on the belief that government’s role is to create an environment in which a free people can use their God-given creativity and initiative to create wealth and to expand the economy, allowing a growing standard of living for all. But government has become the ultimate nanny".  Is this the inheritance of our forefathers--the United [WARNING: R RATED LINK] Nanny States of America?"  I ask you, "If you were Sandra, would you run your household in the like same manner?"  The proclaiming of doing good for others at the loss of their well-doing and your well-being does not profit either a gain.  Where there is a relinquishing of personal responsibility and relief of personal risk there is limited growth.  Judge Hekman the contrasts distinct.  In 200 years of wars--both civil and foreign--in American history, the Nation has spent $6 trillion.  In 40 years of Lyndon Baines Johnson's War on Poverty, the Nation has spent $16 trillion.  This sum of expenditure does not include the unfunded promises of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.  In an effort to nobly comfort, have we exchanged the stimulus that creates wealth for the tranquillizer that creates poverty?  Sandra merely wants to know when everyone else will provide their substance for the prosperity of the household.  The brothers are merely wondering why Sandra will not provide her fair share.

President Barack Obama has advised that Millionaires and Billionaires are not paying their fair share.  Warren Buffett has called for an increase in tax for the rich. He notes:

Since 1992, the I.R.S. has compiled data from the returns of the 400 Americans reporting the largest income. In 1992, the top 400 had aggregate taxable income of $16.9 billion and paid federal taxes of 29.2 percent on that sum. In 2008, the aggregate income of the highest 400 had soared to $90.9 billion — a staggering $227.4 million on average — but the rate paid had fallen to 21.5 percent.

Buffett says his mega-rich friends have been 'coddled long enough by a billionaire-friendly Congress.' The truth does witness their suppositions.  According to liberal bastion USA Today, Donald Trump and Oprah Winfrey pay more than their "fair share".  USA Today reports, "On average, the wealthiest people in America pay a lot more taxes than the middle class or the poor, according to private and government data. They pay at a higher rate, and as a group, they contribute a much larger share of the overall taxes collected by the federal government."  According to the Brookings Institution / Urban Institute "Just 54 percent of all tax units will pay federal individual income tax in 2011, leaving about 46 percent paying no federal income tax or receiving a net refund."  If the poor are being paid by our government, specifically by those that seek to use the US Treasury as an assurance policy for their electoral success, then, who is contributing--voluntarily (wink, wink)--to the rogue ideological bent that suppressing the poor and redistributing wealth will improve national prosperity?  The Millionaires and Billionaires that we have been trained to hate.  The 10% of households with the highest incomes pay more than half of all federal taxes. They pay more than 70% of federal income taxes, according to theCongressional Budget Office.

What is worst is that you have leaders of impoverished black communities promoting the nationalization of corporations, banks, oil companies and businesses to attempt to produce jobs that their TAX AND SPEND philosophy can not produce.  If we can not raise the level of prosperity through political address or community organization then, we'll simply steal the property and mete the needs of the poor by our own cronyism.  Is this the American Way?  Heck no!  However, it is the manifestation of years of racial bias and prejudice, Marxist spiritualism and a devotion to militant terrorists of academia that have indoctrinated Americans to believe that it is better to have a job than an idea.  That it is better to have a loan than capital.  That it is a better guarantee to depend on bureaucracy than investors.  That the answer to all of our unrest, disdain and poverty is to place our full hope and trust in the taxing authority of Congress.  I only ask Mr. Buffett to lay down his weapons of class warfare and Mr. Obama, his caste warfare motif, and acknowledge the truth.  This is not a battle to fund essential services of government.  It is a battle to usurp the Will of the People, to control the contributions and outcomes of a beleaguered electorate and to defy the tenets of the US Constitution.  It is a battle between Conservatives to liberate Americans from the shackles of Financial Piety and Progressives to enslave Americans with the chains of Public Debt.  Truly, the Math Problem at 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue is simple.  The more I can take the better off I'll be.

America was tax-free for much of our early history. Duh, one of the reasons that we fought Britain!  The United States was free of direct taxation like income tax.  However, the Progressives have had a "target" placed on the wealth creators in this country since the Civil War.  I will return to indict Buffett's folly however, the truth bears witness to the motives of history.  The bit characters in this charade are recognizable in today's Battle Royale for Economic Enslavement and Wealth Redistribution.  Mr. Obama loves to refer to the mystique of Republican Conservatives that have served in the White House--Ronald Reagan and Abraham Lincoln.  What gets lost in the fog of flashback is each man's response to the emergency of his day while adhering to the principles of his political beliefs.  Ronald Reagan responded to an equally distressing recessionary period by lowering taxes and allowing the Main Street free marketers and Wall Street capitalists to create wealth and propel a nation to prosperity.  Abraham Lincoln instituted the first income tax but limited it to a certain cause--the Civil War--and limited the term of its collection--2 years.  In 1861, President Abraham Lincoln and the Radical Republicans (Abolitionists in 1861; Tea Party in 2011), in order to pay for the Civil War, legislated a 3% FLAT TAX on all incomes above $800 (estimated $19,500 in modern dollars).  This replaced Treasury Secretary Salmon Chase plan to fund the war entirely with loans.  Hey, a Treasury Secretary that believes funding an emergency with loans will work.  What a new concept!  In 5 months, Lincoln collected $20 million or the equivalent of $480,000,000 in modern dollars.  So what do you think happened in Washington?  Eyes brightened and the addiction began.  Progressives could then identify the people that were holding back in making America prosperous.  They were the Main Street free marketers and Wall Street capitalists!  One representative of a rural state asked:

"if the farmers of this country are to have their lands pledged as security for payment of this debt,

while the great stockholders, the money lenders, and the merchant princes of Wall Street,

and all the great capitalists, are to go free, and bear none of these burdens?" (Congressional Globe, 282).

The parade of noble causes would begin for the progressives whose only intent was to destroy the free principles of the nation.  Suddenly patriotism and direct taxation became synonymous.  In his address to the legislature of Washington Territory in Olympia in December, 1861, Acting Governor L. Jay S. Turney (1820-1881) spoke of the need to pay the direct tax: "Both patriotism and pride require us to meet that call promptly" (Messages, 97).  He shared a common viewpoint of Vice President Joe Biden.  However, each would discover the outcome of raising taxes in unwieldy circumstances. Charging citizens a 15% income tax in the New US Territories, Turney was only able to collect 55% of his assigned quota.  Joe Biden has learned that raising the national debt does not create the three letter solution that Progressives are looking for: J-O-B-S!  What do Congressmen and faulty Treasury planners prescribe in overcoming poor policy implementation?  Merely more of the same antidote that was found to be ineffective: RAISE TAXES!  The Revenue Act of 1862 created new taxes and established the Office of Internal Revenue.  The new taxes were necessary to provide partial funding and generate the confidence in the financial markets to continue to fund the war.  However, the Progressive horses were set free to spend because they discovered that the more they spend in their District the more likely they were to be re-elected.  The greatest solution to maintaining power, control and authority is to use other peoples monies in my District to promote my well-being.  Sounds like a rant from an ACNation Show!

Since the Sixteenth Amendment, ratified in February 1913 and signed by Democrat President Woodrow Wilson, Progressives have sought every means possible to separate the wealth from those that pursue life, liberty and property--intellectual and physical. In the District of Columbia, the Politburoreceived news that an $89 million dollar surplus existed.  What would a Progressive Group of Democrats do with the surplus?  Save it knowing that we are going through harden times or spend it knowing that you can always tax again?  Moody's and I shared the same thought: addicts keep doing what they do until they hit rock bottom!  According to a Moody’s statement, it isn’t the fault of city officials. Rather, it “reflects the District’s unique exposure, as the nation’s capital, to federal government downsizing and the risk that such a downsizing could have on the finances of the District.”  DC suffers in the mirror of Obama's ideology.  How does DC react?  Does it lower business taxes and recruit new homeowners into the city by lowering property taxes?  Nah, as Obama does, Mayor Vincent and the Future Indictments (City Council for short) raise taxes.  Yes, the ethically challenged City Council raises taxes on the Main Street free marketers and Wall Street capitalists.  I told you that I would return to Buffet.  Well, remember the free marketers and capitalists that you are supposed to despise.  Mr. Obama shall dine sufficiently with the King of them tonight--Warren Buffet.  More dollars for the campaign coffers.  Mr. Obama has a habit of being close to Millionaires and Billionaires with the desire to promote the noble cause of taxing everyone out of poverty.  His wife sat next to GE Billionaire Jeffrey Immelt.  The Robin Hood Foundation Board Member is also Chairman of the Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, a creation by Obama fiat.  Amazing how we have grown as a Nation under Immelt's counsel.  For the first time since 1945, the country, in August 2011, created no jobs.  In addition, in July 2011, Immelt's General Electric announced that it is in the process of relocating its X-ray division from Wisconsin to China.  Since we have received so many loans from China, I can earnestly understand the geographical error in job creation.  To Mr. Obama, Immelt, like Buffet, is great campaign attire.  What else do these two gems have in common?  GE paid no taxes in 2010.  Berkshire-Hathaway paid no taxes in 2010.  I should put an asterisk there. Berkshire Hathaway, the eighth-largest public company in the world according to Forbes, openly admits to still owing taxes for years 2002 through 2004 and ..., according to the New York Post.  Wow!  No wonder we need a Buffet Rule.  It fits the Campaign, satisfies the Progressive agenda and yields no fruit.

So then, if these rich wunderkinds are paying more than enough then, who is the RICH that Obama is referring.  "Middle-class families shouldn't pay higher taxes than millionaires and billionaires," Obama said. "That's pretty straightforward. It's hard to argue against that."  The Main Street free marketers and Wall Street capitalists that make up the Middle Class is the answer to that stump-er of a question.  Yes, you the barber owner with six chairs in your shop wearing the Obama hat, Obama is counting on you.  Yes, you the GS-15 single mother of three, Obama is counting on you.  The proud brother with the $75,000 a year job and 52's on your Cad, Obama is counting on you.  Obama is counting the tax dollars on you, Middle America.  I take the District as mirror of the President.  It's what Progressives are, so all it takes is observation. When you are Chairman of such a liberal city council--It opens with a Pledge of Allegiance to Obama--it is always easy to bemoan your plight before battle [http://dcist.com/2011/05/on_budget_city_goes_one_way_council.php].  Progressives have a wonderful way of defining rich and poor and taxing both.  D.C. Council member Tommy Wells (D-Ward 6) said that he will not accept any cuts to the city's social services budget unless it is accompanied by a tax increase, perhaps even on wage-earners who make less than $100,000 a year.  The most efficient way to tip a nation into poverty and socialism is to tax, spend and demonize those that pursue wealth.  If we are to ever overcome the poverty pimped message of "the least, the last and the lost", we must boldly reject the "math" of Barack Obama and seek ways to significantly reduce the wealth transforming power of the US Congress.  Significant cuts are essential for us to over come our "Greeced" economy.  The hammer of taxes and sickle of regulation must be cast aside.  Liberty must be raised as our taxes are lowered.  Otherwise, Congress' addiction will make the men and women of our country succumb to the public debt and tax-and-spend-aholism eternally.

The most powerful man in the free world just made the Republican Grand Ol' Party Debate scheduled for Wednesday, September 7, 2011 disappear. Politico and NBC News sponsored the debate scheduled for the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library at 8 PM.  For this enchanting evening, eight challengers for the prized GOP Presidential Belt planned to enter the ring. The Breakfast of Champions assemblage included heavyweights Michele Bachmann, Rick Perry and Mitt Romney, middleweights Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum, lightweight Ron Paul and waterboy, Jon Huntsman.  Yet, all of them sustained a Technical Knock Out (TKO) when President Barack Obama asked congressional leaders, House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), to forgo watching AMERICA'S GOT TALENT-WEDNESDAY and convene a joint session, at which he will deliver a major economic speech.  Hocus-Pocus! O Snap, Mr. Prez has a new plan that will stir the economy faster than Anthony Bourdain can teach Paula Deen to cook.  (By the way, Tony, as a southern conservative, I don't have to travel the world to recognize great food!  Give me a Paula Deen anything and not only will I be full, I will be satisfied.  Paula, if you are reading, I'll be the big man with the knife and fork in hands at your Southern Cooking Bible Book Signing at the Wegmans in Fredericksburg, VA on the 13th of October.  Please don't tell my wife!)

I digress.  Back to the affair at hand.  Close your eyes and voila!, look a new economic plan!  What is the promise to those that have suffered double digit unemployment, $4 trillion in overspending in 2 and 1/2 years, a loss of our AAA credit rating and $10 million in spending by the First Lady Evita Peron?  According to the Associated Press, "With the economy on the rails and Republicans on the attack, the much-anticipated speech is expected to include proposals for economic growth such as tax credits and infrastructure spending along with calls for shrinking the deficit."  Yeah, I know that you feel that right about here you've opened the refrigerator and smelled Sunday's meal from TGIFriday's attempting to hold a press conference before you:

MEAL: Hey, if you are hungry then, you need go no farther.  I was good enough for Sunday.  I will be good enough for you today.

YOU: But, you don't smell like you did Sunday.  Will eating you today solve my hunger or create more problems?

MEAL: I am glad that you asked me that question. Listen, let me be clear.  I was want you wanted me to be on Sunday.  I assure you that I will be what you need of me today.  That smell is the fragrance of maturation.  I have grown since last you bit into me.  I have watched the decay of food around me and I know what I can do to fix that problem. It will be a more effective strategy that whatever you have planned.

YOU:  Let me ask that another way.  Are you new?  Are you fresh?

MEAL:  I am glad that you asked me that.  I've spoken with the Chinese food and they are willing to lend us their rice because they have faith in my ability to turn your taste buds around.  Let me be clear, I have spent a great deal of time discussing with the pickle and lettuce how to move forward in pleasing you.  Now, the meat in the freezer has demanded that you throw us out and start anew with it.  But that's the type of uncivil discord that takes us away from solving this problem of freshness.  Of newness.  While I won't be as audacious as the Olives that have spoken out against the Meat Party, I believe that we can compromise.  I can offer a bi-partisan approach of my ideas that you will accept.  My plans are as fresh today as they were Sunday!

Doesn't that make you feel just peachy all over.  I just know after weeks of golf and fine-dining on Martha's Vineyard that we will have strident ideas that will bring the "hang 'em from a tree" Tea Party that Congressman Andre Carson knows and loves and the wine tasting, noble cause fanatics that obsess over the government's poverty like Nancy Pelosi.  Let's see what the always secret yet transparent Obama Administration has leaked to the polling press.

“As I have traveled across our country this summer and spoken with our fellow Americans, I have heard a

consistent message: Washington needs to put aside politics and start making decisions based on what is

best for our country and not what is best for each of our parties in order to grow the economy and create

jobs,” the president said. “We must answer this call.”

Yes, it is 3 AM and the President has new ideas!  Tax credits (http://www.taxpolicycenter.org/taxtopics/senate_makingworkpay.cfm) and infrastructure development (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Recovery_and_Reinvestment_Act...).  Yeah, I can trust Congress and he to put country first.

Urban America needs only three things from this administration in the next 627 days.  Reach into your magic hat and find them please.  One, keep Obama on the golf course.  Men of great wisdom are best served in places where they can bemuse themselves with the prodding of intellectual inquiry and sophisticated resolutions.  It is apparent that this administration is doomed to call tax and spend or Urban Leninism by a new name developed in the Ivory Tower of the 19th Hole.  Listen, do us all a favor and do nothing.  The greatest revenue builder in American capitalism is confidence.  Consumer confidence deteriorated sharply in August, as consumers grew significantly more pessimistic about the short-term outlook.  Consumers claiming business conditions are "bad" increased to 40.6 percent from 38.7 percent.  Justin Lederer, an interest- rate strategist at the primary dealer Cantor Fitzgerald LP in New York observed, “The world continues to want safety, given the numerous uncertainties at home and abroad, with the economy weakening and the Fed on hold even longer.”  If you have only the desire to lead from behind then, stay on the course.  Confidence in the economy may improve if left on autopilot and crisis created from noble interventions will be averted.  If you choose to lead, from the front, then, this recommendation may well fall by the wayside.

Urban America does not need jobs.  It needs liberty.  It needs freedom from exhaustive overspending and reprehensible regulation.  Washington spends more than it takes in through tax revenues, resulting in a projected budget deficit of almost $1.35 trillion in 2010, or 9 percent of GDP, according to the Congressional Budget Office.  A study conducted at the Tax Policy Center found that Washington would have to raise taxes by almost 40 percent to reduce -- not eliminate, just reduce -- the deficit to 3 percent of our GDP, the 2015 goal the Obama administration set in its 2011 budget. That tax boost would mean the lowest income tax rate would jump from 10 to nearly 14 percent, and the top rate from 35 to 48 percent.  For the poor people at home praising Al Sharpton and Maxine Waters, if the Bush Tax Cuts are eliminated then, your income tax rate will jumpfrom 10% to 15% overnight on January 1, 2013.  If Congress and the White House do not extend the cuts, poor people will receive a serious smack down on their paychecks.  What if we raised taxes only on families with couples making more than $250,000 a year and on individuals making more than $200,000? The top two income tax rates would have to more than double, with the top rate hitting almost 77 percent, to get the deficit down to 3 percent of GDP.  Let's just say, "Not gonna happen!"  Let me be clear, Michelle says this country's obesity problem is epidemic.  No, Evita, overspending is epidemic.  If it's not overspending, it's over-EPAing!  According to the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCCE), the Environmental Protection Agency announced its final "Cross-State Air Pollution Rule" (previously known as the "Transport Rule"), despite an analysis showing that the regulation, in combination with other EPA rules, would be among the most expensive ever imposed by the agency on coal-fueled power plants, dramatically increasing electricity rates for American families and businesses, and causing substantial job losses. The National Labor Relations Board stopped Boeing from creating jobs in South Carolina because the state was not "union friendly".  Mr. President, what union does the worker who has been unemployed for three years and has exhausted his or her benefits belong?  House Majority Leader Eric Cantor sent a memo Monday to Republican members about tackling “10 job-destroying regulations” in the remainder of the congressional year.  Shelby and I talked about this economic travesty on The Exceptional Conservative Show on ACNation Radio on Monday as well.  Only liberty frees enterprises from the constraints of tyranny and enable them to produce at a profit and hire labor.  The less spending and regulation that you have the better the economy will grow.

The last thing that Urban America needs is a calibration of its moral compass.  America has been indoctrinated to believe that it can not survive without the full faith and confidence in the politicians that run this nation.  Long ago, a great nation was founded on the strength and wisdom of men that pursued at all risk greater things.  Their faith was not in the risk that they took nor in the discoveries that they uncovered.  Their faith was in their Creator.  It was not enough to be given a title to a distant land as a homestead.  One had to overcome the natural and spiritual trials and tribulations that came with their pursuit of life, liberty and personal property.  Sometimes getting on trains to Kansas City, Chicago or Los Angeles with only $10 in their pocket and a bologna sandwich, they were not assured an outcome only that they would have the blessing of a great nation in the pursuit of their dream.  When things went awry, where there was a neighbor, their was help in the time of storm.  Well, yes, some had to carry the burden upon their shoulders however, they never carried it alone.  Their faith was in a Creator who loved them through their circumstances.  As men and women grew more modern and began to pursue power through ambition rather than humbly serve the rule of law, they began to seek insurance where God would only provide assurance.  They sought sought schools to indoctrinate in rather than educate in.  They sought a government that would insure that everyone had a house even if a man's wealth or desire could not sustain it.  They sought the government to heal them of tehir pains and sorrows those natural and some wholly spiritual.  They sought the government to accept them in wrong-doing and in exchange what support their servant, now leader, in wrong-doing.  Rather than give, we learned to take.  Rather than pursue Grace in fear, we began to pursue Eternity in fear.  America's moral compass needs a dial back option.  The prescription of the thief is not greater crimes but humble repentance and pursuit of a better life, not merely seeking his gain but respecting the achievements of his fellow man.  The District of Columbia is an excellent example of the largesse succumb to and at times merely given over to cultural statists.  The Mayor is under federal investigation for electoral deficiencies.  More than half of the City Council is under some form of federal or state investigation for abuses as small as illicitly ordering two (2) expensive Cadillac Escalades using government funds to stealing over $300,000 from a children's trust run in partnership with the state and private industry.  I ask you, "Which of these serves his neighbor?"  Obama if you do us some good in your last days then, pull these three out of your magic hat with all of the sincerity of our founding fathers.  If you do then, you will not have to concern yourself with Election 2012.  You would have gone from Off Broadway magician to Vegas Superstar in a matter of pen swipes.

Within the next 24 hours, the American public will witness the greatest cope out in US history; the signing of the "Do-Nothing" Budget Control Act of 2011.  I had the great pleasure of interviewing Economist Dr. Brooks Robinson regarding the status of the American economy [http://www.blogtalkradio.com/ac-nation/2011/08/02/the-exceptional-c...].  Neither of us could believe that, in fear of losing their precious political employ, the US Congress would transfer its most treasured authority to the Executive Branch of government.  Let me be clear, once signed, the President of the United States will have access to an additional $1 trillion in spending cash, a limit to the ability of Congress to stop him from spending and the assurance that Congress will become a "hands off" advisory board on the financial governance of the nation.  Let me be clear. This is how Obama gets his allowance:
